Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to ship your order quickly, accurately, and reliably. This page outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States.
Order Processing Times
We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day. Any orders submitted on weekends or holidays will also start processing the following business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend slightly. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship all domestic orders from Washington, USA, using USPS Ground Advantage, a reliable, fully tracked service for shipments across the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier volume.
Our current domestic shipping rates are based on the total value of your order:
- Orders $0–$59.99 ship for $6.95
- Orders $60–$199.99 ship for $10.95
- Orders $200+ ship free
Free shipping is applied to the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
At this time, we ship to all continental U.S. states. Service to Alaska and Hawaii may be limited; please get in touch with us before placing an order if shipping to these locations.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout to the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. There are no additional fees for domestic shipping beyond the rates listed above. If any exceptions apply, such as oversized items added in the future, that information will be clearly noted on the product page.
In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup for customers near our store. If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Most pickup orders are ready within one business day. Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving. When you come to pick up your order, bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email so we can verify your purchase.
Returns & Changes
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For full details, please refer to our dedicated Return & Exchange Policy. Here is a brief overview of how we handle order adjustments.
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Any exceptions or final sale items will be clearly noted on the product page.
If your order arrives damaged, or if the package shows as “delivered” but cannot be located, please get in touch with us right away. We will help investigate the issue and work with USPS as needed to resolve the problem.
Potential Service Interruptions
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, some factors outside our control may affect shipping times. Delays can occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, holiday volume, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. These conditions may extend delivery timelines beyond the estimates provided at checkout.
If we become aware of a widespread delay affecting shipments, we will notify customers as soon as possible.
Order Tracking Details
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. Customers who use the Shop app can track their order directly through the app for real-time updates and delivery notifications.
If you do not use the Shop app, you will still receive email updates about your order’s status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipment is created.
If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot find your order, feel free to contact us, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
